Heritage controls
Some Delhi areas have additional regulatory sign-offs around façade and structure. We coordinate where required.
Plot constraints
Many Delhi plots are narrow. Vertical planning — staircase as feature, terrace as a usable room — comes up often.
Existing services
Older homes may need wiring, plumbing or waterproofing reworked. We scope the existing condition early so the BOQ doesn't surprise you mid-build.
Privacy
Many Delhi clients prefer their projects stay unpublished. We respect that and work without photography when needed.
