02Process — 16 to 24 weeks

Five phases. One Itisha, all the way through.

Wk 1–2

Discovery

Site visit, brief workshop, lifestyle audit. You meet Itisha — typically in Noida or on a video call.

Wk 3–6

Design

Mood-boards, layouts, 3D walkthroughs. Revision rounds and materials are reviewed in-person where possible.

Wk 7–9

Costing

Detailed BOQ with named vendors. We open our books — you see the markups.

Wk 10–22

Build

On-site project management with photo updates and walk-throughs through the build.

Wk 22–24

Handover

Snag list, deep clean, styling, video walkthrough. Post-handover support per your contract.

Rarely — the studio is NCR-focused so Itisha can stay close to each site. Outside-NCR briefs are considered on a referral basis only. Get in touch and we'll be candid about whether it's feasible.
