Site visit, brief workshop, lifestyle audit. You meet Itisha at our Noida studio.
Design
Mood-boards, layouts, 3D walkthroughs. 2 revisions baked in. Materials sampled in-person.
Costing
Detailed BOQ with named vendors. We open our books — you see the markups.
Build
Site PM daily, weekly photo updates, fortnightly walk-throughs with Itisha.
Handover
Snag list, deep clean, styling, video walkthrough. 1-year service contract begins.

Final quote depends on layout complexity, finishes and structural work. These ranges cover ~85% of homes we've completed.
Things people ask before booking.
Rarely — we focus on NCR so Itisha can visit each site weekly. We've made exceptions for Chandigarh and Jaipur on referral basis.
